For me, photography allows me to take a piece of the world and remake it. I’m drawn to graffiti, to disused buildings, to urban cityscapes because of the way they’re constantly changing. When I take a photograph, it’s like I’ve caught a piece of the world, but it’s a representation. It’s me, saying, look, this is how it is. But it’s a lie, like everything.
